               Part of social media strategy is figuring out what tools
            you will need to reach the success point desired for each
            social media platform you want to engage in. Being specific
            with your social media strategy will give you more effective
            results.


               2. SOCIAL MEDIA AUDIT


               The first thing you must do before writing a social media
            strategy for your ministry is to do what is called a social
            media audit.
               A social media audit is an important preliminary exercise
            to  creating  a  social  media  strategy  for  your  ministry/
            church that you must carry out to find out your presence on
            different social media platforms.
               In conducting this exercise you will be able to   see the
            current state of the social media activities of  your ministry/
            church  and  see  how  the  public  is  currently  seeing  your
            ministry/ church.


               When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi,
               he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that
               I the Son of man am? Matt 16:13



               In conducting a social media audit you make a list of the
            different social media platforms that you would want  your
            ministry/church to have activities on. You then go online to
            those platforms and do a search to check and make a record
            of whatever type of activity your ministry/ church currently
            has on those platforms (if any).
