departments of your church or ministry and for the
different outreaches or missions that you have. Invite the
people who are involved with each to join the group. Inform
each person why they have been invited to the group and
what are the expectations from them for the group and the
            rules for the group.

Ensure that the discussions on each group pertain only
to the subject matter each group is set up for. Updates for
each group can be posted and this will get information

You can moderate the meeting or have someone moderate
so that the meeting keeps to tjhe time and the agenda set
and every contribution or suggestion is properly addressed.

Hosting a meeting on Whatsapp is particularly helpful if
there is no avenue for vidoe conferencing or you have
participants in different countries and time frames.

               5. Set up a business account: While your church or
ministry cannot be categorized as a business as you are not
into making profit and your organizations are legally
categorized as nonprofit organization, because of the
different tools the platform offers and the added advantage
of having a corporate image for your organization in the eyes
of the public you should look into having a Whatsapp
