what are the expectations from them for the group and the
rules for the group.

to the subject matter each group is set up for. Updates for
each group can be posted and this will get information
faster to the members than phone calls. Members can also
make their contributions and suggestions in the various
groups.
Meetings; You can schedule meetings in the groups.

ministry cannot be categorized as a business as you are not
into making profit and your organizations are legally
categorized as nonprofit organization, because of the
different tools the platform offers and the added advantage
of having a corporate image for your organization in the eyes
of the public you should look into having a Whatsapp
business account.
