It is very important for you as a minister of God to be on
social media to be able to connect with this generation of
young people.
They are on social media all the time. They believe what is
posted on social media more that what their parents or
other forms of information says.

5. REASONS WE NEED TO ENGAGE THE WORLD
THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA

e as the church and ministers of the gospel need
to engage the world with social media. Here are a
Wfew reasons why it is important that we involve
ourselves in social media and engage the millions on it with
the good news.

a. Jesus is the answer.
Every person has so many questions about life that they
do not have answers to and they are seeking for the answers
to. The world is seeking for Jesus because Jesus is the
answer. The world needs Jesus.
Jesus is the answer to all the questions and the enquiries
they are making on their online searches for solutions to
their problems. We must engage the world on social media
because the world needs Jesus.
The millennial generation-Generation Y need Jesus the
most as they are the very people we want to reach with the
gospel. They are involved in social media. They are on
Instagram and YouTube. They are tweeting. They are
Facebooking. They are Instagraming. We as the church
