chat with a dot if you use an Android, handset you press
and hold the conversation that you wish to mark unread
and if you are using an iOS handset you just swipe the chat
to the right.

v. Delete accidentally sent messages: You can delete
messages that you accidentally sent so that it is removed
from the receiver's inbox as well. Just select the message
and tap on the option 'Delete for everyone.' and the message
gets deleted

vi. Changing font: You can change the text and convert
the plain font to italics or bold.
BOLD: You start and end the text with an asterisk to
make it bold ITALICS: You start and end the text with an
underscore to make it appear italicized.
STRIKE THROUGH: A tilde in the beginning and end will
make a strikethrough appear on the text. ( ~ tilde )

vii. Bookmark messages: If there is something
important in a chat that you would want to bookmark
WhatsApp allows you to do this by starring the message.
You open the specific message in a chat and hold down the
message and then press star.

viii. Pin an important chat: WhatsApp allows you to pin
chats of three contacts on the top. This saves you time of
accessing the chats instead of having to type the names of
the important people you want to converse with in the
search bar or scrolling down to get to their chat history
