Some of the posts that you can immediately remove are
any post that has offensive or derogatory language, sexually
explicit comments or a malicious attack of the beliefs of
your church/ministry etc.
Some posts that you can comment instead of removing
can be when visitors to your church/ministry have
complaints about something, have a negative or critical
commentary of the conduct of any of your services.
Responding will help others who may also have questions
on that aspect understand more about the aspect of your
church/ ministry.
You may not like what people always have to say, but on
social media, you always have to listen.
g. Engagement: You are on social media to engage with
your members and followers. You must always remember
that what you are doing is building relationships with your
followers. Your followers will always want to interact with
you and they will go out of their way to do so.
You must always plan to engage them. Join in the
conversation with your members and followers and take full
advantage of this platform.
h. Responding to your audience: You have to respond
to your audience in a timely manner. When they make
comments on your posts make out time to respond to them
as they will be anxiously waiting for your response.
Facebook makes a note on your page about your rate of
response that can guide you in knowing how you are doing
in this area.
