a. Do not spam:
Do not spam people on face book. Spamming is sending
messages and posts to people that are not your friends or
you have no relationship with. Not spamming includes not
sending out mass-event invites from your personal profile
page.

b. Respond on time
You must respond on time to your members or followers
questions or comments.
It is important to remember that in social media
responding on time is critical.
Your members and followers expect quick responses to
their comments or questions on social media which is a
faster means of communication than by email.
When you do not respond on time you give your member
and followers the impression like you do not want to attend
to them or that their question or comment is not important
enough to respond to.
c. Avoid multiple updates:

Do not make too many updates within a short period of
time. This may cause you to lose the attention of your
members or followers who may find this action very
annoying.
