effective for you to post and when your audience is looking
most for content.
Be sure you are tracking what time of day your followers
are most active. When you focus on posting at the times that
they are most active, you will see a great improvement in
their engagement with your posts.
d. Engaging your audience: Focus on engaging your
audience. Be sure to pay attention to things like sentence
structure, phrasing, and types of posts that are particularly
engaging to your audience.
e. Social Media Rules: You need to set up social media
rules for yourself and your media team on how you will use
your Facebook platform for your church / ministry.
You have to spell out in the rules what will be acceptable
to be posted on your page and what will be inappropriate
content for your Facebook page.
Make your social media rules and stance publicly
available so that your members, followers and community
know what you will and will not allow to be posted on your
page. This sets a guideline for those who will be posting for
the church/ ministry on your church/ ministry page and
builds a sense of safety and sets expectations.
f. Inappropriate Behavior: Face book is an open and
public space, so you cannot control everything people say.
When people say inappropriate things on your page, you
can do two things. You can either quickly remove the
content comment or you address the comment.
