The top three countries by user count of twitter outside
the U.S are Brazil (27.7 million users),Japan (25.9 million),
and Mexico (23.5 million).
259 million of those 326 are international users. Twitter
supports these users with 35 offices around the world, and
the platform operates in 33 languages. (34 if you count
emoji.)

Twitter is the number one platform for government
leaders: Twitter outdoes Facebook and Instagram among
powerbrokers. According to the 2018 Twiplomacy study,
187 governments and heads of state maintain an official
presence on Twitter.

a. How to set up your account on Twitter
i. Go to http://twitter.com and find the sign up box, or go
directly to https://twitter.com/signup.
ii. You will be guided through the sign up experience and
prompted to enter information such as your name and
email address.
iii. If you choose to sign up with an email address, Twitter
will require you to verify your email address by sending you
an email with instructions.
