I have 18 years of experience in what has become a career
of passion. Starting as an anesthesia billing company

data entry clerk, I went to night classes to learn medical
coding. I had no idea at the time what an amazing
community I would become a part of.
My current area of focus and expertise is Risk Adjustment
with a string Anesthesia and Pain Management
background.
Within the risk adjustment arena I have had
the privilege of being a coder, an auditor, trainer, and
manager. I have experience with vendor and health plan
risk adjustment strategies and look forward to sharing
some tips I learned along the way.
