B I O 40 years in the HIM field has allowed me the opportunity to work with
some of the finest institutions and finest people in the industry.

As a ICD-10-CM/PCS coding expert, I have assited facilities in
eliminating backlogs, increasing CMI, improving SOI & ROM and
improving data collection.

As a teacher and educator, I am proud to have coached and mentored
some students into becoming successful professionals including both
my sons, Joseph Ingrande who is a Supervisor of Data Quality at Kaiser
Permanente and Jerome Ingrande, Director of Coding Compliance at
Optum.

Most important has been the satisfaction of helping students learn and
develop the skill sets to make them not only successful HIM
professionals but, also, quality individuals.
