Also write out briefly 3 main things about your
broadcasts.
a. What your broadcasts are going to be about (main
Theme)
b. Who your target audience for the broadcast are (Age
and demographics)
c. What will be the length, frequency of your broadcasts
and the days and times ( 10/15/30/60 minutes, 2-5
times a week or daily, Morning, afternoon or evening)
Days and times of broadcast: Specifying the days, time
and how long you will broadcast for will help you with your
broadcast. If your target audience are stay at home mothers
your live broadcast time will be different to if your target
audience are working class viewers and will certainly be
different if it is for the elderly and retired.
Length of broadcast: While you may get Face book
participation and can earn money from Face book when
they place adverts on your live stream if you stream for over
an hour and have over 3000 simultaneous viewers
watching your live stream, I usually advice that if you are
starting out it is better to start with shorter length
broadcasts till you grow an audience and a following before
increasing the length of your broadcasts.
Step 2: Prepare your broadcast set
You have to get a nice set for people to view you on. Your
background and the lightening of your set matters a lot.
People get turned off if the lighting of your live stream is bad
and if your setting is unattractive.
