background image blank. Make sure when you are setting
your own channel to put in your channel avatar.
As you create your background image leave the center
970 pixels blank since that area will be covered up by the
video player and other information on the site.
YouTube background PSD:
You can save time and effort by Googling “YouTube
background PSD”. This will bring up templates that you
can use in Photoshop to create your own custom
background for your church YouTube channel.
Most churches/ ministries forget to upload a
background image and this is missing a branding
opportunity for your channel and to make it stand out and
different from other channels if you do not. You should fill
that space with appropriate imagery about your church/
ministry or calls to action and your church/ ministry
website URL
Info & Setting: The next tab in the Channels setting
area is the Info and settings field.
Title field: At the top of your channel page you will find
the Title field which is the page title. Page titles are often the
best tools for search engine ranking so it is important that
you give your page title a keyword rich, compelling title. e.g.
“New Believers videos from Faith Church” or Free Christian
parenting classes by My Faith church” are good examples
Description section: The description field gives you the
ability to explain what your channel is all about. You should
consider including a call to action like “Subscribe Now” to
encourage engagement and subscription to your channel.
