Paul Oliver – Company Director

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience working in the international corporate space in the security
and IT sectors. Paul has held multiple Directorships and board member status across 4 companies.
He was granted ‘Freeman of the City of London’ in 2013 for his contribution & commitment to anti
cyber terrorism, working closely with members and associates of GCHQ.

Paul also held international management positions, project managing asset management programs
for the likes of BT, BASF, SAB Miller and many others.

After leaving this sector some 4 years ago, Paul embarked on a new career and has become a
successful Cryptocurrency/Forex investor and like his co-director, has now added Gold trading to his
portfolio.

Raj Kapoor – Non-Executive Director

Raj is a seasoned business professional with a career spanning 35+ years. He has experience
across a wide range of sectors, including technology, search & selection recruitment, private equity,
investment and financial services.

Raj has developed specific skills in business development, team building & business management,
the establishment of highly profitable and productive channels to market and the delivery of complex
solutions leading to long term profitable results.

Raj currently works with a number of private funds, family offices and a variety of other investment
vehicles. He assists companies and individuals looking to grow their wealth and also assists local
businesses with their ongoing growth and development plans, specifically across the UK and
continental Europe.

Raj is also active in the property arena working with a range of developers and investors assisting
with development funding, both senior debt and equity, and the establishment of tax efficient
structures for both acquisition and disposal.

Born in Zurich and having lived and worked in London, Rome and Mumbai, Raj is an active supporter
of various charities and a keen participant and follower of motorsport. He attended the University of
Westminster and graduated in Business Studies.

Raj has recently joined Refined Assets as a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member.
